What is a Survey?

Our team of experts, often in consultation with our clients, put together a set of questions. This forms the basis for what the client needs to know from you. Could be questions like... did you like our new Coffee...?

Once we've received your feedback, our rating engine processes your responses, anonimously, which contribute to producing an overall rating for the product or service you have evaluated.

A set of questions can be generic, designed to assess how you feel about something, or specific, focussing on a particular aspect, such as new packaging, or new product.

How long does it take?

On average, a rating should take you about 20 minutes to perform, and usually involves around 12-20 questions. Every rating is different, some might only take 5 minutes, others perhaps 35 minutes (and for those, you'll certainly be rewarded accordingly!).
